Frequently Asked Questions About DE&I Consultancy

Please do organise a discovery discussion if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Due to the specialist nature of my work, prices can only be agreed when I know more about your needs. We can do that easily when you arrange a discussion with me, and I will be able to tell you how much your investment will be.

Lots of organisations know they need to improve their performance with regard to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, but don't know where to begin. A facilitated two hour session with leaders, board members and other stakeholders with a view to having a frank conversation and identifying areas for development work well. At the end of the session, organisations leave with a number of actionable and meaningful steps to begin their DEI journey effectively. Book a discovery discussion to arrange a time for us to explore this option.

Making investigations is a great start. If you don't know where to begin, you need to get advice and support. I aim to be your critical friend, to guide you through the challenges. Why not book a discovery discussion using the link above to allow us a few minutes to explore your needs?

Yes, I can. Getting your Governing Body or Trustees to understand the importance of diversity and inclusion will be an essential part of your journey. I can speak to your top tier of leaders and help them to understand the work and why it is important.

It depends on your needs. We can determine what work you need and over what time period it should take place. Some organisations prefer an intensive burst, others prefer days of work to be delivered over a period of time, such as three months to a year.

No. Absolutely not. You will need to monitor and evaluate your progress very regularly. This will look different for every organisation.
